Carlfred built BizSite Solutions into a full-service interactive partner for traditional media agencies, small to medium size companies and emerging businesses. Under his direction, BizSite Solutions has been at the forefront of the Internet revolution. Carlfred assisted in the development of Houston's first online newspaper, (The Houston Chronicle web site, www.chron.com, 1995) and developed on Houston's own Destiny's Child web site, (DC-Unplugged, www.dc-unplugged.com, 1999) as well as many other internet solutions from Fortune 500, mid-size businesses and small businesses.

Carlfred brings over 18 years of experience in traditional and digital media. As eMedia Manager, he is responsible for positioning MyArkLaMiss.com, MyArkLaMiss.biz and BizSite Solutions to partner with its clients enabling them to realize the global goals for their online business. He also maintains client marketing, overall quality and integrity of media used in all projects and for staff selection and training. He is always abreast of new developments; trends and styles, not only in the markets in which they are directly involved, as well as other technical areas.

In his 18 years of experience he has amassed an impressive list of work assignments with a proven record of creative ideas, concept development, online marketing strategies, project management and enhancing designer effectiveness through training. Which include positions from Director of Internet Development, Creative Director, Online Marketing Manager and Project Manager at: American Color, Live Technologies, Planet3W Interactive, Live Technologies, Pegasus Design Inc., PowerBrief, Inc., Vinson & Elkins Law Firm, A & E Reprographics, Houston Chronicle Art Department and Houston Chronicle Interactive, Houston Creative Connections, NMass Communications, U.S. Army - Multimedia Specialists, Fleming Foods, Inc. and Foley's.

He holds a BS in Information Technology from Central Texas College and he is available for speaking engagements in his specialty.
